After running a construction company for 14 years in Ukraine, our founder Ruslan Kolosok developed his core values ​​and brought them with him when he came to Canada in 2019. This values are: quality, transparency, safety and customer satisfaction. Started as sole contractor Ruslan put on a table all what he has and invested in skills improvement and top-of-the-line equipment. And it did worked! As the business grew, team and fleet expanded, in 2023 was decided to separate departments to “Rocks and Bricks” (specializing in paving and landscaping) and “Fence Squad” (focused on fences). But we are the same one strong, unified family!
